Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

We will be performing an essential maintenance for TGX license servers which will result in a small window of downtime (15-30 minutes) within maintenance window.

When will this be done:
Start: Wednesday 8th May 6:30 PM (CST), 11:30 PM (UTC)
End: Wednesday 8th May 7:00 PM (CST), 12:00 AM (UTC- 9th May)

What will be impacted:
- Existing TGX sessions will be impacted for 15-30mins, but users will not loose any ongoing work
- Users can use RDP during this time to access their ongoing work.

Why this is needed:
This is required to avoid any TGX license errors for the users.

User Actions:
• User can save their work and close the sessions during maintenance window OR
• Users can shift to RDP during the maintenance window OR
• Users can reconnect after 30mins after the maintenance window is completed to continue their work.

- All other workflows inside Portal and Delfi applications will be unimpacted
